  • Is VAT included in the price?

VAT is included in all of the listed product prices for UK & EU orders. The VAT rate is at 20% so you can just enjoy your shopping experience without any surprises at the checkout

  • Who can I contact about my questions regarding an item or invoice?

We have an active support team that will answer your queries within 24 hours. If you would like to get information about the dispatch of your product or any questions about your invoice please feel free to contact us. We will be more than happy to inform you about the process in detail.

  • Do I get an order confirmation when I complete my payment?

We are sending an Order Confirmation email when your purchase is processed successfully. If you are a first time buyer please check your Spam/Junk email to make sure that you receive the email that we have sent you. Further you will receive another email with your Shipping Details and Tracking Number so you could check the location of your beautiful jewellery.

  • How long will my delivery take?

We process our orders as soon as they come along. The expected delivery time is within 3-4 working days within the UK, 7-10 working days within Europe. You will be contacted about any updates or delays about your order. We try to be completely transparent about the process so you do not have to worry about anything.

  • Which website host do you use?

  • Can I pay securely on your website?

We are compliant with European PSD2 payment regulations. We offer Stripe payment provider (credit card payment), Apple Pay and Paypal at the checkout.
